The history of Impact Sales is short but distinctive, and can be charted by the following timeline:

2008 — Impact Sales partners with BWW and establishes ISI Great Plains Region.

2007 — Impact Sales partners with PinnSights, a proprietary marketing tool created by Pinnpointe.

2006 — Impact Sales acquires Golden State Sales and Marketing and expands into Southern California marketplace.

2004 — Impact Sales relocates corporate offices from Bellevue, Washington to Boise, Idaho.

2003 — Impact opens offices in Cincinnati, Ohio.

2001 — Impact sells its offices in Texas, Utah and Florida.

2001 — PinnPointe Consulting is formed by Carl Pennington, Sr. and partners with Impact Sales to provide category management solutions.

2000 — John Carpenter leaves USA Detergents and opens Impact Sales Midwest.

1999 — Jeff Russell is offered stock in the company and becomes a partner.

1998 — Impact opens offices in Texas, Colorado, Arizona, Northern California and Florida.

1996 — Paul Pennington leaves Albertsons and joins Impact Sales, Inc. as an owner; company opens offices in Utah and Idaho.

1996 — Jeff Russell leaves Colgate Palmolive and joins Impact Sales, Inc. as Vice President Corporate Team Leader.

1995 — Impact Sales opens offices in Portland, Oregon.

1995 — Carl Pennington, Jr. leaves Carey, Ahrens and Raynsford and joins Impact Sales, Inc. as an owner.

1994 — Claude See leaves Carey, Ahrens and Raynsford; purchases Loucks and Associates; and forms Impact Sales, Inc. Company is based in Washington state.
